The single crystal of strontium niobate titanate (NB: sito3) not only has similar structure to strontium titanate, but also has electrical conductivity. Its resistivity varies from 0.1 to 0.001w-cm with the concentration of niobium (0.1 to 0.001wt%), and the conductive single crystal substrate provides electrodes for thin films and devices.
