YAG（Ce3+YAG）
Cerium doped YAG (Ce3 + YAG) as a scintillator crystal has high luminous efficiency and wide pulse, and its luminous peak (550nm) can well match the sensitive wavelength of photodiodes, which is suitable for use when photodiodes are used as photodetectors and detecting light charged particles. It is not easy to deliquesce, has high temperature resistance and stable thermodynamic performance, and can be applied to extreme detection environments.
