Cerium doped YAG (Ce3 + YAG) as a scintillator crystal has high luminous efficiency and wide pulse, and its luminous peak (550nm) can well match the sensitive wavelength of photodiodes, which is suitable for use when photodiodes are used as photodetectors and detecting light charged particles.
